Getting Started
What’s important to remember is that there is no right or wrong way to practice gratitude. It doesn't have be anything big. Maybe a hug, a helping hand or something that made you laugh.
One of my favorite ways to practice gratitude is before I even open my eyes or before my feet hit the floor in the morning, I think of 3-5 things that I am grateful for. The most popular practice though is writing in a journal or notes in your phone. Maybe you want to try a few different practices, it's totally up to you. ♡
