No one is coming to hand you a permission slip for the life you want. The only approval you need is your own. Decide today that you’re worthy of change, even if it feels uncomfortable.
2. Fear Is Running the Show: Fear is sneaky. It whispers doubts in your ear, convincing you that you’re too old, too late, or too inexperienced.
