A Life Dream List is a collection of achievements, dreams and experiences you hope to have in your lifetime. Creating yours can be a helpful tool towards achieving your life goals. It offers you a master list of all the things you would like to accomplish & will help ensure you keep track of your dreams and are doing or planning for the things that you want to accomplish!

There is no right or wrong way of creating a Life Dream List. What’s important is that you remembers it’s all about your personal journey and should reflect what you most desire for your own life. It could be writing a book, giving blood, travelling to Italy, learning to run a marathon. The opportunities are endless.
What’s important is to write down what’s most important to you, things that will inspire you. Schedule yourself 30-60 minutes to create your Dream List. This exercise will offer clarity and focus on what you want from your life. If you already have your list, take this opportunity to review it. See if there are new items you want to add on. If so, put them on your list. Check if all the items listed are still important or relevant to you. If not, remove them from your Dream List.
Try to come up with at least 60 things. Your Dream List is meant to be a list of everything you want to see, do, feel, experience, and accomplish in your life. The below questions might inspire some ideas.
What would you do if you had unlimited time, money and resources?
What activities or skills would you like to learn or try?
Are there any special moments you want to witness?
Are there any countries, places or locations you would love to visit?
What experiences do you want to feel or have?
Where do you wish you could be right now, in this very moment?
What would you most want to accomplish when you look back over your life?
What have you always wanted to do but have not done yet?
Are there any specific people you would love to meet in person?
What would you love to do together with those you love?
What are your biggest dreams and goals?
